Location was great with kangaroos and birds and a great outlook.

Fantastic appartments for the price u pay. A small gem in the gemfields. We were unexpetantly surprised by the luxurious accomodations we did take the deluxe cabins with wirlpool but any of the cabins would be a very welcome retreat after a hard days fossicking! Highly advisable.

Great accommodation, very new units, we stayed in the deluxe motel room with a spa and kitchenette for 2 nights. There are also 1 and 2 bedroom and family units. For breakfast you order a pack with toast, bacon, eggs, baked beans etc, and they deliver it to your room the night before - with a frypan to cook yourself. This cost $7.50 for 2 people! Great idea.
Very nice helpful staff too, Taylors are gemmologists and have a jewellry shop on site. Gave us so much information and many recommendations for fossicking which turned out to be very good advice.
On Friday night there is a bus to take you into town to the pub, but it didn't turn up, so we had to drive as it's about 1.5km on dark country roads.
Highly recommended!

I just wanted to write and say that we thoroughly enjoyed our stay in your lovely units. We had been to Rubyvale the year before and stayed in alternative accomodation which was not that great.
Your unit lived up to it's description and was very comfortable, furnished appropriately and very spacious. Your inhouse folder was most helpful and a wonderful addition, as was the milk provided on arrival.
